For my dad's birthday my mom and I wanted to surprise my dad with an awesome home theater in an unused bedroom. Chris came by for the initial estimate and had lots of great ideas on to utilize the space. He used in-ceilings speakers and was able to hide all the equipment in the closet for a super clean finished product. He set up a universal savant remote that is so simple to use even my parents don't get confused. Everything about the room is amazing and my dad loves it. I highly recommend using them in the future.

We received Cox' new Contour box. After looking at 20 various wires, we called Cox to hook it up. Unfortunately our equipment was not compatible with the Cox equipment. Cox suggested we hire an A-V company to update our system. We requested several estimates and no one reponded. Lisa at Perected Innovations responded detailed/quickly and professionally. We called for an appointment and got one within 2 days. They called when the tech was in the area and arrived shortly thereafter. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, He was able to update everything without issue. He explained how the new remote worked And even "tested" us on how to use it. We Had some inwall and outdoor speakers installed by Perfected innovations team. Also had some TVs mounted and also set up universal remote for our AV system. Shopped around, felt confident with using Pi after speaking with Gary at PERFECTED INNOVATIONS . We were given Good prices for installation. Installers were polite, respectful and professional. They answered all questions and addressed my concerns. They ensured I was happy and cleaned up after themselves. I'm sorry I didn't find perfected innovations sooner. I had a job of moving networking equipment, and the noisy fans on it, elsewhere. bryan ? helped me figure out the best place to put it, what kind of rack to use and how best to extend the network to that location. He was very responsive from the first contact, gave me a realistic estimate, scheduled the job and completed it all in a very timely fashion with minimal disruption. He and his guys are very professional, know what they are doing and made sure everything was working before they left. Cables were run very neatly and in such a way that will future proof them for many years to come. I recommend perfected innovations very highly. The work will be done right.

Perfected Innovations did an excellent job we actually had 3 TV's than needed to be mounted & moved in our home & they completed all of them in 1 morning. From the specified quote I received prior to booking until they left at the end of the install they were professional, safe, helpful & friendly.

Bryan showed up as discussed and mounted the TV with a mount we purchased prior to the appointment. He removed the mess of wires left sticking out of the wall by our previous tenant. He took great care to make sure the tv was in the exact position we wanted it and that it was level. He also mounted the surge protector outlet , and arranged the wires and cables nicely on the wall so that everything fits nice and flush behind the furniture. He reconnected the DVR, Fire Stick, and Blu-ray player exactly the way he found it. He also used his own vacuum cleaner to clean up the mess leaving everything neat and tidy. Great job Bryan

Chris was wonderful to work with. He was on time and reasonably priced. We had another company come out and they were twice the price. He was responsive by phone, came when he said he would, and charged what he originally quoted. When I had questions, he had the answers right away!!!!

If I could say one thing about this business owner it's that they have heart. During the COVID-19 outbreak my husband needed a mask and he readily gave us a few when my husband had to visit patients and his office was all out. PI and there amazing crew did my smart house project. They installed Landscaping lighting front and back, smart switches around the house with timers, smart thermostat for the AC and sound system. the quality of the components they use are highly rated and function perfectly. I am very much enjoying the system and Chris is always available give support where needed. Prices are reasonable and I've done my research ! it's just so good to work with professionals. The installers communicated frequently, called prior to arrival, and arrived on time. When performing the job, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and pretty much knew exactly what needed to be done, even when faced with unexpected obstacles (concrete behind the drywall), all while asking my input on TV angle and placement, to make sure it will be acceptable to me. At the end, I paid what we agreed to in the original estimate. I would definitely hire the company again, and will recommend it to others!!!

Perfected Team installed a full home entertainment system including mounting flat screen, all wiring and installation of surround system, full equipment rack in closet and a universal remote on our iPad. Installed a full automated Savant system. They worked professionally and were extremely careful and neat. I am extremely happy with the work quality and enjoy our system immensely.

They install existing & new home construction, full audio/video/surveillance system in a professional, courteous, technically proficient and timely fashion. We just had our 12000sq ft warehouse installed with new 4K HD security cameras and they are incredible. All of us managers got the apps on our phones and tablets and software on our computer. The PERFECTED TEAM was great the wiring is super clean and the cameras get great images of our parking lot our entrance and our entire warehouse. Both times everything went perfectly. Chris is very professional and his assistant was also. The work was performed as needed and he left detailed instructions on how to complete signing onto the MAC server once I had the previous owner's password. It now works! We will use him again and I recommend him to anyone needing his services!

Perfected innovations is just the best!!! They did an awesome job!!! Inside of a week, they wired and mounted an outdoor television and speakers. Everything was done with such detail all I can say is we are 200% satisfied and will be calling them for our next AV adventure.

They arrived a little late due to a confusion on my address. The new community isn’t on google maps yet ..They were very professional and they gave me a detailed description of what they would need to do. There work was excellent and they cleaned up all the dirt and dust. I will definitely would hire them again when I need my next TV hung in my backyard.
